North Star Transitional Housing is developing a community-centered housing model in Wilmington, Delaware for adults navigating housing instability. Our vision brings a stable living environment together with connections to community resources and support for the next chapter.

Founded by Novlette Singleton and Andrea Singleton, North Star grows from a commitment to people, service, and the belief that a fresh start should come with respect.
